Refund Policy

A Legal Disclaimer

At Ocean Sushi, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
We strive to provide high-quality food and service at both of our locations.

Dine-In

All dine-in sales are considered final.
However, if there is an issue with your order, please notify your server or a manager immediately so we can address it on the spot.

Takeout / Pick-Up Orders

If there is a mistake with your order (missing items, incorrect items), please contact the location you ordered from within 1 hour of pickup.
We will remake the item or issue a store credit.

Delivery Orders

For delivery placed through third-party platforms (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub):

  • Refunds must be handled through the delivery platform

  • Each platform has its own refund policies

  • We can confirm issues on our end, but the platform controls refunds

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Special promotions

  • Alcoholic beverages (due to state regulations)
